ポリアミン
Polyamines

 ポリアミンは,アミノ基が少なくとも2つ以上結合した脂肪族炭化水素の総称で,プトレシンやスペルミンのように,通常いくつかのアミノ基がトリメチレン基またはテトラメチレン基で分け隔てられている構造を持っています。シクレンのような環状の化合物もポリアミンに分類されます。ポリアミンの多くは真核および原核細胞に存在し,人を含めたあらゆる生体内から単離されています1)。特に,がん細胞ではポリアミンの代謝調節に異常が認められており,またポリアミンには神経毒として疾病を誘発するものも見出されています2)。これら疾病とポリアミンの関係を解明するために,構造の明確なポリアミンが不可欠です。そのためポリアミンの化学合成法が活発に研究されています3)
